Gose (prenounced Gose-Uh) is a traditional beer style that originated in Goslar, Germany in the 13th century. This traditional style is typically brewed with salt and coriander. We opted to ditch the coriander and replace it with guava puree to balance the savor flavors of the salt. The result: a deliciously refreshing ale! We encourage you to drink this beer, we just don’t encourage you to be a drama llama.
