To make this traditional English Pale Ale a tad more proper, we cold steeped Lychee Black Tea, adding lychee fruit sweetness, black tea notes, and a dry finish to this jolly good beer. Hopped rather vigorously with Centennial, Cascade, and Mt. Hood. Folks from the other side of the pond might scoff at such a beer, but they’re buggers anyways.
